What customers say about jeep cherokee
Easy Purchase & Down-to-Earth Car Salesmen. Over the last 17 years, I’ve bought 2 cars from a dealer and two privately. I’ve been going to car dealerships in Salt Lake City, Park City & Heber, to look around and shop for the last 12 months. The guys at Karl Malone Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Heber weren’t trying to hustle me like other dealers. They were easy and pleasant to work with. I also got a good deal on an Unlimited time/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, which can be used at any Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealer in the country. A special thanks to Bill Hyde. If you’re in the market for new or slightly used, I absolutely recommend these guys! 😉
Awesome service. Brought Jeep in today for recall issue & as taken care of in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend Karl Malone Jeep Heber!
Fantastic service department! We leased our Jeep Wagoneer S at a Salt Lake City dealership, but are so much happier with the service provided at Karl Malone Jeep Dodge Ram in Heber City. Mike Horrocks has been incredibly kind and easy to work with. He helped to resolve the many recall issues on our vehicle and did so with great efficiency and customer service. We won’t go anywhere else for service on our Jeep. Highly recommend working with this service department and with Mike!
Fixed Jeep “death wobble” Had problems with my Gladiator at highway speeds Replacing the steering stabilizer fixed the problem. No rides as well as new.
Ordered a used Jeep Traihawk in advance to my arrival to Utah. When I arrived at dealership, the car was not ready to be delivered and needed to be detailed. Our salesman Justin and the manager Richard could not have been nicer. They gave us a loaner car and also gave a full explanation of car. In addition, were honest and trustworthy. Would highly recommend this dealership and working with Justin.
