Easy Purchase & Down-to-Earth Car Salesmen. Over the last 17 years, I’ve bought 2 cars from a dealer and two privately. I’ve been going to car dealerships in Salt Lake City, Park City & Heber, to look around and shop for the last 12 months. An exceptional buying/servicing experience. Didn't know anyone at the dealership before walking in. At the end of the experience I feel appreciated and known by the staff. In more than four decades of new vehicle purchasing, this was the best experience yet. The level of customer focus, and "can do" attitude is refreshing. Highly recommended, and sincerely appreciated! This was the purchase of a new demo unit a month back, and was substantially discounted. I had a "trade-in" that was in new condition. It took a bit of work between Dakodah (Salesman), Justin (Sales Manager) and Josh (Finance Manager) to come up with a mutually agreeable solution. During which I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy, with the focus on "How we will make this work". Dakodah knows the product like the back of his hand, and was incredibly helpful in setting up all the cell phone app stuff, as well as walking through the vehicle. He also took the time to walk me through the service department as I had asked to have the vehicle serviced before delivery. Mike and Gabe in Service are the poster guys for "Customer Focused", and their positive attitude was really appreciated. The final part of the transaction was Debbie in accounting who went above and beyond to support the closing of the overall deal.
