I've had the pleasure of working with many auto dealerships over my blessed years and I have the most respect for Karl Malone's CDJR Heber City dealership. I'm not from this area but I was welcomed and helped more at this dealership than any other across this awesome country. From Bill and Bryan who manage this location, Mike in Service, and Josh in Business everyone I've worked with have been a pleasure. They sincerely care and have been the most honest of any place I've purchased a vehicle. I was treated as if I was a local and now I feel like one. Thank you all and how you all care about your customers and welcome truely as a friend.

Such an amazing experience i was nervous about purchasing a used car but let me tell you Mark Hansen was the best he really helped me out. I was at that moment without transportation to even go look at cars he helped me not only do as much over the phone with getting the exact car I was interested in he dove from his home in Lindon all the way to Nephi picked me up to take me to the Dealership in Heber we had a great conversation on the way there and he truly renewed my faith in car salesman he's got the best personality and the team they have there are great people this is where ill look for my next one hands down. Got me a great deal low down out the door loving my new car in no time and the fact that Mark drove to Nephi to help me out is beyond making the car buying experience great for there customers. The service department has been excellent. I've had my older truck in several times. They've listened carefully to the issues, diagnosed the problems, and discussed the options on how to proceed. Also, the "dealership price premium" doesn't seem to apply anymore, at least not in Heber.

Easy Purchase & Down-to-Earth Car Salesmen. Over the last 17 years, I’ve bought 2 cars from a dealer and two privately. I’ve been going to car dealerships in Salt Lake City, Park City & Heber, to look around and shop for the last 12 months. The guys at Karl Malone Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Heber weren’t trying to hustle me like other dealers. They were easy and pleasant to work with. Fantastic service department! We leased our Jeep Wagoneer S at a Salt Lake City dealership, but are so much happier with the service provided at Karl Malone Jeep Dodge Ram in Heber City. Mike Horrocks has been incredibly kind and easy to work with. He helped to resolve the many recall issues on our vehicle and did so with great efficiency and customer service. We won’t go anywhere else for service on our Jeep. Highly recommend working with this service department and with Mike!
