Ordered a used Jeep Traihawk in advance to my arrival to Utah. When I arrived at dealership, the car was not ready to be delivered and needed to be detailed. I had a nail in my tire and needed to purchase a replacement. The service team wasn’t scheduled to arrive until 8:30 a.m., but I had to be at work by 8:30 a.m. Jacob went above and beyond by arranging with the service manager, Sam, for me to bring my car in at 7:30 a.m. Sam personally fixed the tire himself to ensure I could make it to work on time.
