Fantastic service department! We leased our Jeep Wagoneer S at a Salt Lake City dealership, but are so much happier with the service provided at Karl Malone Jeep Dodge Ram in Heber City. Mike Horrocks has been incredibly kind and easy to work with. He helped to resolve the many recall issues on our vehicle and did so with great efficiency and customer service. He immediately recognized the problem and said he thought he could reset it in just a few minutes. He was absolutely right. We were back on the road in less than 10 minutes. Such an amazing experience i was nervous about purchasing a used car but let me tell you Mark Hansen was the best he really helped me out. I was at that moment without transportation to even go look at cars he helped me not only do as much over the phone with getting the exact car I was interested in he dove from his home in Lindon all the way to Nephi picked me up to take me to the Dealership in Heber we had a great conversation on the way there and he truly renewed my faith in car salesman he's got the best personality and the team they have there are great people this is where ill look for my next one hands down.
