Great Maintenance Shop! Employees honest and their work completed with integrity? How many shops can you say that about? Not many! Have used these guys for about a year and feel appreciated and well treated. If you experience anything less I would be very surprised.

I recently brought my vehicle into Karl Malone Service in Heber, and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Wyatt provided outstanding and efficient service—he was professional, pleasant, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and stress-free, including setting me up with a great rental car so I could get around town without any inconvenience. This was honestly the first time I’ve ever walked away from a service appointment feeling this positive. The level of customer care and attention to detail really stood out, and I truly appreciate how smoothly everything was handled. I would highly recommend Karl Malone Service in Heber, especially working with Wyatt.

An exceptional buying/servicing experience. Didn't know anyone at the dealership before walking in. At the end of the experience I feel appreciated and known by the staff. In more than four decades of new vehicle purchasing, this was the best experience yet. The level of customer focus, and "can do" attitude is refreshing. Highly recommended, and sincerely appreciated! This was the purchase of a new demo unit a month back, and was substantially discounted. I had a "trade-in" that was in new condition. It took a bit of work between Dakodah (Salesman), Justin (Sales Manager) and Josh (Finance Manager) to come up with a mutually agreeable solution. During which I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy, with the focus on "How we will make this work". Dakodah knows the product like the back of his hand, and was incredibly helpful in setting up all the cell phone app stuff, as well as walking through the vehicle. He also took the time to walk me through the service department as I had asked to have the vehicle serviced before delivery. Mike and Gabe in Service are the poster guys for "Customer Focused", and their positive attitude was really appreciated. The final part of the transaction was Debbie in accounting who went above and beyond to support the closing of the overall deal. I waited to write this until the luster of a new vehicle was over, so that the write-up wasn't tainted with that new car glow. Hopefully it is helpful to you.
