Mike in service was great. We’re on the road for our summer trip and our Jeep Eco Diesel started having the turbo issue you read about all over the internet. Two other dealers we stopped at wouldn’t focus on the real issue and charged us a combined $1200 to “fix” the issue only to return 40-50 miles after leaving the dealership. Mike and team were spot on with their diagnosis and were honest that they wouldn’t be able to get us on the road in time but assured us we were safe to drive following a few key steps so we can make our way home and get it fixed there where we have more time to leave the vehicle. Honest, friendly and great service, wish this was my home dealership!

Best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle the sales man was awesome

I brought my 2025 3500 Limited DRW to Karl Malone Ram. I am on a long rv trip and was hoping to get new tires installed, but wasn’t sure how that would go on short notice. The parts manager (sorry I forgot your name!) helped tremendously and got the tires I needed ordered immediately. He walked me over to Service Advisor Gabe Webster and he got me on the schedule. When I brought the truck in, they drove me back to the rv park. In just a few hours, I had six new tires, my alignment was checked, and two recalls were addressed. Everyone in this dealership was friendly and helpful. Thanks for squeezing me in and getting me back on the road!

I had a really great experience getting an oil change at Karl Malone in Heber. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they took the time to confirm what my car needed. The process was quick, and they kept me updated along the way. When the service was finished, they explained what they did.
