I recently bought a Dodge Ram 3500 Laramie from Karl Malone Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Heber, and the experience was fantastic! Bill was amazing — he walked me through all my options, explained every feature, and even showed me how to use the truck and phone apps. I also worked with David, Rick, Bryan, and Josh, and they were all incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I had to have a couple of seniors fixed i called for an appointment got in with in 24 hours and they had it fixed in 2 hours excellent costumer service I definitely will recommend to other in fact I always tell my family and friends about Karl Melone and team in heber thanks again
