I had a really great experience getting an oil change at Karl Malone in Heber. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they took the time to confirm what my car needed. The process was quick, and they kept me updated along the way. When the service was finished, they explained what they did. Overall, it was an stress-free, honest experience, and I’ll definitely come back for future maintenance.

I took my daughter's Nissan Rogue in at 4:00 pm on a Friday when a check engine light came on. We were concerned about her driving back to SLC for work as two other local shops were unable to look at it. Mike was so helpful and ran diagnostics for us had her back on the road on the same day. Excellent customer service!!
