Good experience

Great service department!

Quick and efficient, easy to schedule. One thing: Remove the old “return for service” sticker rather than just adding another one.

Went in to get my truck reprogrammed. They were fast, reasonably priced and great customer service. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been going here for a while for good reason. They take care of my car very well and have been able to get a lot of things covered by my extended warranty. They were able to get things completed in just a few days this time. The only time I was annoyed at an issue was when it wasn’t clear that the remote start was connected to the car battery and I felt overcharged for the battery from what I could get from Costco but it has a warranty and they have more than made up for that miscommunication in other was! I will continue to go to them for help with my car.

Excellent customer service. This is my 3rd time having service done on my vehicle every time the service advisors were professional. Matt and Gabe are great.

The service member that checked me in and helped me out was friendly and very helpful. He made my first trip to KM Jeep a great one. And the service itself was very quick. I had blocked out a lot more time based on my prior experience with my former Jeep service team (in CA). Great experience overall.
