Took my Jeep in with a cracked radiator and they replaced and fixed it within a day. Wyatt was super helpful in communicating throughout the process. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Honestly incredible people, we were 8 hours away in a mazda cx-5. Our parking brake was malfunctioning and they diagnosed it,fixed it and got us back on the road in great time. Rick was absolutely a delight to talk to and explained everything super well. Thank you again guys.

My 2019 Ram 1500 would not shut off. It has the push button start:stop button. I called Karl Malone in Heber and explained to Mike the service rep. what my issue was. I asked if I can just bring the truck to them now and have it looked at but if I had to leave it, I’d need a ride home. I live about 30 minutes away. Mike said he’d make sure to get me home if needed. I got the truck to them and it was determined that the start/stop switch was bad. They did not have the part on the shelf and would get it from another dealer and have it fixed the following day. Mike took me home and called me the next day by 1:00pm to let me know my truck was fixed and ready for pickup. Thank you Mike for going out of your way to get me home and getting my truck in without an appointment. Thank you Karl Malone for getting my truck fixed and back on the road in such a sort time.
