Quinn (in sales) and Josh (in finance) were both very helpful and professional getting me into my new 2023 Jeep Gladiator at Karl Malone Jeep in Huber City, Utah. They went out of the way to help me through the purchasing process (Quinn even picked me up in Salt Lake City from my flight). Would highly recommend Karl Malone for your new Jeep.

This is the first time we’ve purchased a vehicle without having to haggle over a truly fair price. We almost didn’t know what to do with ourselves. We scheduled a test drive with Ethan. He had the car pulled up to the front of the lot and ready to go when we arrived. It wasn’t a short, down-the-block-and-back test drive, either (it has happened…more than once). We were able to REALLY drive it. The entire experience was no pressure, informative and enjoyable. Ethan knew his stuff, wasn’t pushy AT ALL and even kept our 10 year old entertained through the process. This hasn’t been our first Jeep purchase (and I’m sure it won’t be our last), but it was hands down the best experience. We’ll be back in the future.

Adding to this review, twice now my truck has been in the Service Department at Karl Malone and this review still stands. Thank You Wyatt for the great service! As a prior Master Technician and Service Advisor for Dodge/Jeep/Ram I was thoroughly impressed. Well ran, communicative and got my truck done ahead of when it was promised. I’ve had friends use this service department and recommend them and I can say they will be my go to for both my vehicles.

Our experience was wonderful ! Our initial contact Luka and then Quinn our salesman worked tirelessly for hours to find us the right vehicle at the right price. EVERYONE in the dealership was friendly and engaging. We definitely will go back there for any future cars and for service on our new vehicle.

Purchased a new Jeep Gladiator. I got a good deal, and they gave me a good price for my trade-in. My sales rep, George, was excellent and the whole process went smoothly.

In comparison to other dealership visited, Karl Malone was clean, comfortable, and the salesmen were less pushy and more friendly. It was super appreciated.
