Mike and the service department are great! I feel like they really go the extra mile to help customers. Most importantly they are very trustworthy and always looking for ways to save us money on repairs instead of looking for ways to run up the bill. We go back without hesitation over and over again because we know we will be taken care of.

Brought my car in for service this week and Mike was my service advisor. He was very friendly, helpful and professional. I appreciated how thorough he was in gathering information about the issues I was seeing so the technician could address them.

Fantastic service department! We leased our Jeep Wagoneer S at a Salt Lake City dealership, but are so much happier with the service provided at Karl Malone Jeep Dodge Ram in Heber City. Mike Horrocks has been incredibly kind and easy to work with. He helped to resolve the many recall issues on our vehicle and did so with great efficiency and customer service. We won’t go anywhere else for service on our Jeep. Highly recommend working with this service department and with Mike!
