Brought my jeep into Karl Malone today for service. I was very impressed with the timeliness and quality of the service. Most importantly, I was impressed with the honesty and integrity of the service department.

As always, excellent customer service. I go out of my way just to use their service department (30 minutes in the opposite direction from home and work). I rely on them to always do a great job in keeping my 10 year old Ram on the road!

First - don't let the 4-star review deter you. Our experience is probably pretty unique. I do want to give a shout out to our salesman, Eric. He was very thorough, personable and ultimately the advocate we needed at the end of our buying and taking delivery process. We are in Utah for work, but live in Texas. Also, we brought our own financing, so this made our deal especially unique. The team at Karl Malone was great to work with, just some minor things could have made even this unique deal run a little smoother. All in all, we are very happy with the truck we bought and with the experience as a whole and will recommend this dealership to anyone who asks.
